JOE CONTE

Joe is a founding partner of AMD. Over a twenty-five year career, he has founded and led multiple web design and technology companies including WebSight Design in 1995 and the Strategy Agency in 2010. He is an experienced developer and strategist and has collaborated with multiple advertising agencies, Fortune 500 companies and social media influencers. Throughout his career, he has led or partnered on teams that have developed complex, enterprise level, interactive projects from concept to design to completion.

Joe is a serial entrepreneur and natural marketer. He is a proficient programmer in HTML5, CSS, Javascript and basic PHP. He manages any, and all development, and has an intimate knowledge of current e-commerce, social networking, SEO/ PPC trends. He rounds out his enthusiasm for technology and the endless possibilities for its application to the auto industry with an ongoing thirst and wanderlust for cool destinations in search for the ultimate electric vehicle integrations.

ROB DOLEZAL

Rob is a founding partner of AMD and an established entrepreneur in the automotive industry. He is the owner of Clean Room Paint Shop, Bonding Solutions, Pacifica Car Washes and Last Call Marketing. He is a sales leader and industry expert with thirty years of experience as a business owner in the auto aftermarket space.

Rob understands what it means to be a business owner and how best to navigate the changes that the industry is experiencing. He has direct experience in developing creative marketing and business development strategies and a network of industry partners to assist in their execution.

AL STEELE

Al is a successful start-up entrepreneur and C-level executive. He has worked in the digital media, sports, entertainment, and financial services industries. He has held direct leadership roles in Canada, the United States, and Europe.

Al is a strategic thinker, sales leader, capital raise advisor, and an experienced M&A leader. He has led or worked with organizations including Assante, Loring Ward, Bellatore Financial, Pavilion Corp., and Viktre. At Loring Ward (formerly Assante Sports & Entertainment), he led a wealth management, entertainment business which included Steinberg Moorad & Dunn (NFL, MLB), Maximum Sports (NFL), Gillis & Associates (NHL), and Fegan & Associates (NBA). As Founder of Viktre, he built a global network of 1,500 pro athletes representing almost 1 billion social media followers.

ED ATTANASIO

For 25 years, Ed was an advertising copywriter writing for Silicon Valley giants such as Apple Computer, Hewlett-Packard, Intel, 3M, Netflix and eBay, among others. For eight years he was a Regional Manager for Parts & People’s Northern California edition and has been an Editorial Contributor for Autobody News since 2006. In 2007, Ed opened the doors at TrustEd Advertising in San Francisco, CA.

Ed has interviewed more than 1,000 automotive repair shops and related automotive product manufacturers over the years and writes numerous blogs, marketing pieces, website content, social media content and more for a wide range of small and medium-size businesses. He also writes and produces TV and radio commercials and often does the voiceover work as well.

MARK SCHWARTZ

Mark is an experienced and successful marketer who has developed content marketing strategies across all platforms of the social spectrum — for some of the most recognized brand names — in order to help enhance sales and influence through targeted social optimization. He is the founder of Social Media Trackers and a key marketing partner for AMD.

Mark’s clients have included Star Wars, Facebook, ABC, NBC, CBS, MTV, FOX, Audi, Kaiser Permanente, TDA, and The Wiseman Group. Mark has been nominated for a Primetime Interactive Media Emmy Award and his strategies and content have appeared in Wired, Forbes, and the Independent Business Times. Mark holds a B.A. in Directing and Creative Writing from the University of Arizona and is a member of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences.
